"What must pass in the Heart of the good God when we return to Him?...more swiftly will He forget all our iniquities, never again to remember then...He will love us still better than before our fault"
St Therese of Lisieux
I am quite amazed at all there is too be found on this web-site.
If you need further help in translation from French to English,
please let me know.
The simple, joyful life of St. Therese and her family and Sisters in religious life has much to teach us in the 21st century.
May many people come to know the love of Jesus as the Little Flower did!
Great site, thanks!
Our journey of faith begins and ends with one desire, a solemn desire: to love and be loved. Where else is this solemn desire expressed in one's heart, mind, soul, then within the celebration of the Holy Eucharist wherein we become a member of Christ's divine nature and He of our human nature. It is then when the priest prays: "By the mystery of this water and wine may we come to share in the divinity of Christ who humbled Himself to share in our humanity."

Dear Scott,
Thank you very much for your sweet message. I am happy that St. Therese and this Web site are a source of inspiration to you.
blessings,

Dear Maureen,
Thank you for helping our sweet Ste Therese teach us all the Little Way and help us become closer and more aware of the Martin family.
The most wonderful site to read and enjoy each day. May we all pray for the Blessed Martins for a second Miracle, and for our Blessed Pope John Paul II.
Ste. Therese of Lisieux said, ‘I will spend my eternity showering roses upon the earth,’ and Blessed John Paul II, and The Blessed Martins I feel are also doing this...
Blessings to you Maureen and all whom visit here.
I chose St Therese as my Confirmation Saint, after praying for her intercession a couple of years ago I was introduced to the Catholic Faith in a fuller way and healed of anxiety and fear. St Therese pray for us all. AMEN
Our Little Flower
Our little flower,
Therese,
Shows us
The way to God
For He dwells
Within her heart.
So walk with her
‘Her little way’
For it is based
Upon love -
Whose source is
Our Father-
Whose Spirit
Through our
Mother’s ‘Yes’
Ensured the birth
Of Our Saviour.
The Brown Scapular
Wearing the Scapular
Is honouring Jesus
And His Mother
Not the source
Of an easy way
To their home
If wearing
The Scapular
And not
Following
Our Saviour
His land
Is closed to us
As wearers
We imitate
The virtues
Of our Mother
For Mary
Shared the path
Of Her Son
And the Scapular
Implies that reality
Carmel
Word permeated
With beauty
Referring
To a mountain
A garden of life
A desert of solitude
But most of all
A Jewish maiden
Of beauty and purity
Who is the Mother
Of Our Saviour
And whom we know
As Mary
Gongratulations from Derry City,Ireland,Therese,on this your feast day.I love you!
To The Little Flower
~
Oh Little Flower
Through your intercession
May we follow your example
And walk your ‘The Little Way’
Along with Our Mother Mary
Into the embrace of Our Creator,
Our Redeemer, and Our Sanctifier.
Amen.
Merci beaucoup sweet Saint Therese for
having found this website devoted to you
on this your Holy Feast Day!
Je t'aime in Christ Jesus The Lord
Dear Laurie:
Thank you very much. To write me privately, click "E-mail me" in the left column. By far the most detailed published genealogy of the Martin and Guerin families appears in a fold-out section at the end of Bishop Guy Gaucher's magnificent "Sainte Therese de Lisieux." You can order it from France by scrolling to the bottom of my home page and clicking on the book cover. with all good wishes, Maureen O'Riordan
Hello, thank you for posting such a beautiful site on Theresa whom my cousin Sr. Marie Rose Ferron loved so very much. I was wondering if you can get a copy of her genealogy for me from her Uncle Isidore or can put me in touch with them as it is very important to me. I believe we are related. I will be back here to see how we can contact eachother privately. Thank You and God bless you and all that you do.
I was named for her. My birthday is May 17 and I was baptized on Pentecost Sunday. My parents made a pilgrimage to her shrine when they visited France for me.
This is a nice web site.
I am so grateful to pray to St. Therese. Thank you for everything, St. Therese!!!
OH GLORIOUS ST. THERESE, WHOM ALMIGHTY GOD HAS RAISED UP TO AID AND COUNSEL MANKIND, I INVITE YOUR MIRACULOUS INTERCESSION. SO POWERFUL ARE YOU OBTAINING EVERY NEED OF BODY AND SOUL, OUR HOLY MOTHER CHURCH PROCLAIMS YOU A "PRODIGY OF MIRACLES," NOW PERVENTLY BESEECH YOU TO ANSWER MY PETITION (MENTION HERE) AND CARRY OUT YOUR PROMISE OF DOING GOOD UPON EARTH OF LETTING FALL FROM HEAVEN A SHOWER OF ROSES.
HENCEFORTH, DEAR LITTLE FLOWER, I WILL FULFILL YOUR PLEA TO BE MADE KNOWN EVERYWHERE AND I WILL NEVER CEASE TO LEAD OTHERS TO JESUS THROUGH YOU AMEN
Well done!
The Final Promise
(In memory of Fr. Norbet)
Beneath the April sun
Daffodils and early bluebells
Quivered in the Monastery
Grounds…
In oratorical silence
Cantoring at vespers
In consort with my fraternity
Led by Father Norbet.
As I read the second reading
Of The Mass
The Spirit of Christ
Arose in my heart…
Like a bride
I made my promise:
A mystical covenant
With a person
Whose presence was obvious.
I entered Carmel
Praising God
For calling me
To the Mount of Love
In the footsteps of Teresa
And John.
Now in mantled brown
I pursue the wounded Stag
Upon the hill
With the help of my friends
Elizabeth and Therese
