The writing-desk of St. Therese of Lisieux will be venerated
on October 12 and 13
at the Basilica of Mary Help of Christians at Holy Hill, Hubertus, Wisconsin
The Basilica of the National Shrine of Mary Help of Christians at Holy Hill in Hubertus, Wisconsin will host the writing-desk of St. Therese of Lisieux for veneration on Saturday, October 12, 2013 and Sunday, October 13, 2013. I am especially happy that the Shrine at Holy Hill has been added to the schedule for the tour of the writing-desk because the Washington Province of Discalced Carmelites, who are responsible for Holy Hill, publish the only published English translation made from St. Therese's authentic writings, which have made this little writing-case (hardly a foot square) famous.
