St. Therese discovers her "way of confidence and love"
On September 14, 1894, Therese's sister Celine entered the Lisieux Carmel. She brought with her a small notebook of extracts from the Old Testament and gave it to Therese, who found in it the elements of her way. See a film of the recreation room in Lisieux Carmel where, near the Christmas holidays Mother Agnes, Therese's sister, asked her to write her childhood memories, which were published after her death as part of Story of a Soul. In that memoir Therese writes of how the Scripture texts in Celine's notebook helped her discover her way. Read more about Therese's "way of confidence and love."
